Thanks for shopping at Wrapped in a Cloud. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as perfectly as hoped! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review your order details before checking out, as monogrammed items are final sale, and not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
We will gladly accept returns on non-monogrammed items within 14 days of receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will deducted from all refunds and refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Gifts
Gifts returned with gift receipt (invoice) will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price.
Extended holiday return policy
Items purchased between December 1st and December 24th may be returned by Jan 5th. For those online items returned by mail, these must be received at our facility by Jan 10th. Please allow 5-7 days for return mail. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@wrappedinacloud.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. We do not provide return shipping labels.
